Did the velociraptor have feathers

The arm bones of Velociraptor have been found to have quill knobs, which are attachment points for some types of feathers. A lack of quill knobs doesn't mean the animal didn't have feathers, but the presence of quill knobs if definitive proof that Velociraptor had wing-like feathers on its arms.
