What are the direction to Edward Cullen's house from Forks WA?

Up the road and in the forest aka (218 Rim Rd, Washougal, WA 98671) some where near there.

In the books, the house is north of town but deep in the forest and near either the Calawah River or the Sol Duc River. In the films, it's pretty vague which direction the house is from the town of Forks, but it's still deep in the forest and more than a mile from the highway, which is US Route 101. As for 218 Rim Drive in Washougal, that's the address of the Hoke House, which was the filming location for the Cullen home in the first Twilight film. It's nowhere near Forks -- Forks is in the northwest corner of the state, whereas Washougal is on the southern border, on the Columbia River and across the river and several miles east of Portland, OR.
