There is no option like knowing the last call charge after disconnecting the call. A balance that is generated automatically by the network-provider will come after disconnecting the call. then there is *123# in which we can know our balance.
If any one is so desperate about knowing the last call summary then check the call duration form call log and then multiply with your call cost for a particular call u can get the last call charge.
As far as I know there is no other special feature to know this other than the details I have specified above
