Is dr eggman a robot

Well it depends. In the original game series, there is nothing to suggest he is a robot, however in several other instances he is robot. In satAM sonic, Dr. Robotnik has a robotic arm, and in Archie Comic's Sonic the Hedgehog, there is a point at which Eggman is completely a robot, but eventually he is turned back to a biological being again.
