Will the Pokemon Compony ever make a Pokemon game where you can choose how you look and choose if you are on the good side of on the bad Pokemon steeling side?

This concept sounds similar to Pokemon X and Y, which were released in 2013. In Pokemon X and Y, the player was able to customize how they look at the beginning in the game, later on allowing them to change their outfit. However, the player cannot pick a side to where they are allied with.
