What are the two components of Peopleware?

Peopleware is a human role in an IT system. People ware is known as a "conceptual triangle" with hardware and software. In the context of HRM this term refers to human talent which works with IT process for providing various technical business solutions real time. Many IT specialists view this classification as demeaning and argue that humans are not resources but independent parts of a team structure. They have different interests of independent knowledge workers who hold the kinds of talent that businesses need to attain the goals.
