How do you become a moderator on RuneScape?

RuneScape player moderators are usually the most trusted players in the RuneScape community and are chosen by Jagex manually based on their account history, ban and mute history, and/or community activity and other factors that have not been proven. To become a Jagex Moderator, you have to become an employee of Jagex in the RuneScape department.
