Who is the bad guy in the new batman movie?

The Dark Knight Rises will be featuring the villain Bane. Selina Kyle will be in the movie as well and she will appear as Catwoman. Joseph Gordon-Levitt is in the film as a cop despite the rumors he was going to be a villain.
