Are lortab 10mg stronger than vicodin 10mg?

Let's see. Lortab has Tylenol in it, which means you're screwed with it recreationally. For actual pain management, it's fairly strong, considering, so if it's legitimate pain, you may try a tramadol supplement--or, if it's breakthrough pain, you may go on oxycodone. Or OxyContin if you want more of the good stuff for pain and less euphoria and less Tylenol, as with Lortab.

But if you wanna just get screwed up and addicted, swallow a bunch of OxyContin, or maybe try Fentanyl. That's stronger than heroin, very good for pain, and it's like Three Day Energy rather than Five Hour Energy. But it'll kill your stomach, and likely the rest of your tissue, depending on your habit. Hydromorphone may be up your alley, good for pain, not so good for recreation unless you're willing to use a needle or a home-made suppository... so take your pick.

OxyContin is fairly good whether you're doing it like an addict or like a responsible patient. Hope you're the latter.
