Does trim ball exp200 really work?

I have a friend who has been on trim ball for 5 months now and has lost over 65 lbs she is looking wonderful, her feeling of being hungry all of the time is gone. I am going to start trim ball next month after I have my hysterectomy. I will keep people informed of my progress!
