What do the mountains on Coors Light beer do?

First brewed by the Coors Brewing Company in 1978, Coors Light is a light beer. The bottle has a "Cold Certified" label showing two mountain peaks. The label changes colour from from white to blue when it is served at the recommended temperature of 4 degrees Celsius.
