Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Chicken breast, boneless,
- and skinless 1/4 c Olive oil
- Salt & pepper 1 t Oregano
- 1/2 t Parsley
- 28 oz Can plum tomatoes, crushed
- 2 ea Garlic cloves, sliced
- In a large fry pan qith a tight fitting lid, brown chicken in oil on both sides, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Combine all other ingredients and pour over browned chicken breast; cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes, adding water if needed.
