The Tyler Model, developed by Ralph W. Tyler in the 1940s, is a framework for curriculum development that emphasizes the importance of objectives in educational programs. It consists of four fundamental questions that guide the curriculum design process: What educational purposes should the school seek to attain? What educational experiences can be provided to achieve these purposes? How can these educational experiences be organized? And how can we determine whether these purposes are being achieved? This model is widely used for its systematic approach to aligning curriculum with desired learning outcomes.
