What size clothes should a 13 year old girl be?

I am 13 and wear a girls 14 or 16slim or in juniors i can fit a 2 or 3 in pants and small and medium tops. But everyone is different so I think the smallest size for a 13 year old would be a 10 in girl to maybe a 4 in juniors
