providing your cardiologist says it's ok to stop taking it for 7 days prior to getting the tattoo.. no problem. but you must tell the tattooist who willl need to make sure he has more ink available as more may bleed out, also he may need to bandage it for 12 hours instead of wrapping it, I will need to get air to heal faster and you will need to cream it regularly. I've been on 75mg Plavix for 3 years and have had 5 tats in that time, go for black or deep red with little or no shading for best results.
