What happens if you breed a Pug with a Great dane?

You probably cant and probably shouldn't. If you are trying to mate a male great Dane with a female pug, it would probably get killed by the great Danes weight. If you are trying the reverse, the male pug may not be able to successfully mate with the female Dane.
