What does a garden Mayflower look like?

Mayflowers grow wild here in W. PA and in most of the NE/Mid Alt US. They usually grow in the shady underbrush and are about 8-10" tall, single stem with 5-6 leaves radiating out from the center. The leaves are roughly oblong with a slightly pointed tip. For a week or so in the spring they will reveal small white "Apples" that are about one inch in diameter hanging from the underside of the leaves center (top of stem).
