How do you get Ho-oh and Lugia in Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen?

i don't know how to get lugia but to get ho-oh you must trade with someone on a Nintendo event.

WHATEVER!!!! All you need to do is find a way to go to navel rock and you can find either one there or both but you might also need a hack or GameShark/action replay code just to help you get there or do a Nintendo event.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!REMEMBER A HACK OR A CHEAT COULD POSSIBLY MESS YOUR GAME UP JUST REMEMBER THAT OK!!!!!!!!!!!! But if you want to try it anyway then enjoy. Also remember you need something to catch it with.
The only way to get them is by trading with someone who has them:)
