In animal farm all seven comandements are erased. what are the the new comandement and how has it been true from the beginning?

The new commandment is "All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others". It's been true from the beginning because Napoleon always made things go into his favour, so the pigs and the dogs were the ones that were "more equal" than the other animals.
