Who is Snowtuft?

Snowtuft is a dead warrior living in The Place of No Stars, or the Dark Forest. He is seen training with Darkstripe and Shred tail. Darkstripe ordersShredtail to rip open Snowtuft's belly. Jayfeather heard an agonized scream just before he left, supposing Shredtail attacked him.
