What would you consider to be your professional weaknesses?

One of my professional weaknesses is that I can be overly detail-oriented, which sometimes leads to spending more time on tasks than necessary. Additionally, I tend to be reserved in collaborative settings, which can hinder my contribution during team discussions. I'm actively working on balancing my attention to detail with efficiency and becoming more vocal in group environments to enhance collaboration.
