My right breast is hurting and I'm lactating I took a pregnancy test and it came up negative any idea What is going on?

you dont have to be pregnant in order to lactate. If your lover tends to suck on your breasts then that could eventually make you lactate after a while.And if you dont relieve your breasts of the milk then they will begin to hurt unbelievably.The only way I know to quit lactating is to leave them alone for a while maybe or contact a doctor and ask them.Hope you found this useful!
