What would happen if health and safety practices were not followed?

1. The injury/fatality rate in a lot of industry wont decrease but will increase instead
2. day to day production of a lot of company would not be as smooth
3. delays and extra expenditures will be expected
4. loss of man power
5. slow company growth due to accidents/mishaps
6. possible lawsuits
