the best would be to bring the patient to the hospital because you dont know when he'll progress in the stages, especially if the patient is a child. careful monitoring is required. monitoring of vital signs, and diagnostics, including a CBC and PT. if its just dengue fever then only supportive care is needed, continue with regular diet and give lots and lots of fluid, but be sure that the food and fluid are not colored because you have to watch form blood in the stool. antipyretics are given for fever. no antibiotics needed since dengue is a viral disease
