How does chacha work?

Chacha website works withdatabase (They are using SQL full text database). Chacha is human search engine. here chacha team using four guides 1.transcriber 2.expediter 3.generlest 4.specialist . If user ask question to chacha that question goes to expediter , the expediter will be checking answer to SEO. If question exist in the database send to user otherwise it goes to Guides. After every answer written, the person who wrote it writes "Cha Cha" at the end. I guess that's there thing.
