What does c'est Bella mean?

bella isn't a French Word (it's italian) but belleis. Belle or beau both mean beautiful. So c'est beau would mean "that's beautiful." ("C'est belle" is not possible since "c'est" cannot be followed by a feminine adjective.) Depending on context of course.
