How do you load a daisy model 99?

Daisy made 2 loading systems for this rifle. Gravity fed and spring fed.

Unscrew the barrel insert from the end of the barrel. Pull it out and you will find a tube attached to the insert. Load the BB's into the tube and carefully replace the insert.

The model 25 loads exactly the same way.
