Steps

1. Click on your town hall
2. Click on "Rename City"
   1. (Optional) Change the logo of your city
3. Type in the new name of your city
4. Click OK

NotesThere is a 24-hour cooldown when it comes to renaming your city. In other Words, you can only rename your city once every 24 hours.
