What is a southie dot tattoo?

A southie dot tattoo is a triangular dot pattern resembling a shamrock.

A Southie dot is exactly what it says, it's a dot,put usually at the wrist area--back when, it would have been put on using a pin or sewing needle, using India ink.

there is also a Southie Cross same method but this would be put on the lower part on one of your fingers,and of course with false sense of security the needle would be sterilized with a match.
