What can you put in a microwave oven?

Eggs cannot go in the microwave or they will explode when you open the door. It is also a bad idea to put plastic containers in for too long or they will melt. anything that's too big.... Metal and anything that is sealed will probably blow up and of course your should never put animals or anthing like that in there.
