Can you buy shopping baskets made from recycled materials?

Although I am sure somewhere out there it is possible to purchase shopping baskets in bulk I had difficulty finding anywhere (in store or online) that sells them in bulk. With that being said I would try speaking to a small business owner who has purchased shopping baskets in bulk personally and ask them how to go about this task.
