What episodes does Naruto use rasengan?

I really don't know but Kakashi uses the rasengan against and Ikatski member but not killing him. Then later the Ikatski member never played a part in any other Naruto series. But then he appears in the Naruto: Shippuden series much stronger

He uses the Chidori but eventually not killing him he uses the rasengan and eventually kills him when he makes fun of his Father (The White Fang)
