Why would your 1995 Neon be leaking gas from under the car near the middle of the back passenger door?

check to see if there is an in-line fuel filter located in that area on the chassis rails if not follow fuel trail and you will find leak if no in-line filter, it is either a loose connection, or a cracked fuel pipe
