so, innovative technology refers to the new technology which is improved/good to use.

OR

New or inventive methods to treat effectively hazardous waste and reduce risks to human health and the environment.

whereas,

so, obsolete technology refers to the technology which have been used till now.

OR

It is the technology which we are using in a traditional way.
