Is there a way to make your villagers get sick on virtual villagers on the computer?

A good way is to keep your people outside while it is raining. Also, do not let them take showers, brush their teeth, or anything involving the bathroom. Feed them all of the medicine at once, or give them a sleeping drink and do not let them sleep.
