You Can Get Your Earlobes Done w/ Parental consent. You Can Also get Your Cartlage Pierced. You Can Get Your Nose and Belly Button Done As Well. And if You Parents are Kool Like Mine Are. They Would Lie About Your Age to Get More Than a Helix Peircing(i called it cartlage becuz that's why most people kno it as and it is completely misleading becuz your tragus is carlage and you have to be 16 to get that done). Just Remember NO GUNSseriuosly they will shatter cartlage. Go to a piercer and check out their studio if they keep the studio niice and clean its probably sterile w/ the piercing. If its dirty and messy. DO NOT GO THERE!! Pretty Common sense. But Good Luck!
