Country code +30 (dialed as 00 30 from many places) is Greece, but there are no valid numbers beginning with +30 1.

+30 1 was formerly the code for Athens, but those numbers have changed. A number that used to be +30 1 xxx xxxx is now +30 21 0xxx xxxx.
