My dog is not drinking or eating has a dry nose feels very warm and has labored breathing what could be wrong?

The dog is ill, take him to the vet. It could be he's sick. Could he's not hungry or thirsty. Could be a worm of some type. I'd check with a vet to make sure he's okay.
