Which is better Twilight or Lord of the Rings?

Lord of the Rings. Definitely. Tolkien is the father of modern fantasy. He created and developed an entirely new world with so much depth. He completely revolutionized fantasy Twilight, on the other hand, is a very terrible series. It is filled with many plot holes and inconsistencies. The characters are flat and cardboard mary/marty sues/stus... the books are just terribly written.
