Who will voice Lightning McQueen in Cars 2?

It will stay the same as it was for the first movie, Owen Wilson. Fillmore will be done by another person because the original died tragically. It is proven that in Cars Toons, Owen Wilson does NOT do the voice because he has suddeen strikes of English!
