Where did king george iii go wrong?

When Great Britan was in debt, he decided to use the colonies as a way of paying off that debt. He did not see them as an english people with rights.

He also believed he was the exception to history.

It is an age old fact that people do not like to be taxed, and especially when they do not have a say. He went to far.

Then he did not listen.
