You can't catch it (without cheats), but if you need to see it to complete the sinnoh pokedex, then you can go to lost tower (near solaceon town) and fight the boy friend and girl friend couple, who has a misdreavus and a murkrow. i hope this helped : ) You can also trade it from Pokemon Pearl it is a Pokemon
