- Run regedit, enter: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ internet Explorer \ SearchScopes
- Go after searchscopes on right click, set permissions: check "Full Control" Select OK.
- Now enter the browser settings to delete SoSo search engines
- Remember to modify the permissions back after editing.
