How true the Eagle Task Force Kalikasan here Philippines?

I heard that there is an NGO by that name that is operating in Mindanao which deals on environmental concerns. I know of so much poverty here that destruction of forest cover is, by and large, the only source of livelihood. we witness its cause and effect. As to when will this be checked is uncertain as long as nothing concrete is done by all partners - the national government, LGUs, NGOs and other concerned groups.
