You register at the Pennsylvania Dept. of Transportation, and you will require
1.a certificate from an Attorney testifying there is no mortgage, judgement or lien on the mobile home
2.The form, ''Receipt For Mobile Home Title Cancellation,'' properly endorsed by the Department and issued by the owner who intends to transfer the mobile home.
3.The deed to the land indicating ownership of the mobile home by the owner who intends to transfer the mobile home. (in this case, I'm unsure what happens if the home is in a Park)
