What is a life cycle of a dodo bird?

The dodo bird, which became extinct in the late 17th century, had a life cycle that began with mating and egg-laying. Dodos were ground-nesting birds that typically laid one large egg at a time, often in a nest on the forest floor. After about 30 days of incubation, the chick would hatch and rely on its parents for food and protection. Once fully grown, dodos reached maturity in about three years, during which they would engage in mating and continue the cycle.
