Yes - Hospital Corpsman are trained in radiology, as are Dental Technicians, if you're referring to X-Ray type radiology.

If you're referring to nuclear radiology, all nuclear-capable and nuclear powered vessels require either Engineering personnel or Weapons personnel to be radiology qualified. For example, Nuclear EOD, decontamination procedures and cleanup is commonly taught to crews aboard such vessels.
