water in the diet helps to expel waste fluid from the body (urine) that would otherwise become toxic and eventually poison our bodies which may even prov fatal. it also prevents dehydration the sympyons for this include dizziness, nausea and headaches. water also plays a major part in aiding concentration as a large percentage of our Brain (I think don't hold me on this one) is made up of fluid. it also helps the muscles in all parts of our bodies to function effectively
