Young men often worry that their penises are too small / short, too thin / not thick enough, or not large enough. The fact is, the male penis comes in all shapes: very thin and very short ; very short and very thick; very long and thick--or thin; etc. Some penises seem very "straight" while others "lean" to one side, or some penises have a slight "bend". The head of the penis can be surgically circumcised at birth, or left uncircumcised.
The penis also changes a lot between pre-puberty to young adulthood. As hormones increase (testosterone in males), the genitalia also changes / "grows". But even with hormones, males can have a wide variety of "normal" for length and thickness---and each is completely "normal".
As a Word of caution: Young males should not set themselves up by comparing themselves to other guys or, especially, to porn actors. Even if one guy is much larger, the fact remains that the penis has a great range of "normal" and most penises are perfectly normal in size and shape. Size or thickness has nothing to do with satisfactory intercourse or with reproduction.
