Best item for viper in dota?

Butterfly. Viper is already a deadly hero, he just needs that little something else to give him a boost to survival and killing power. Butterfly provides evasion, practically as valuable as health, damage, and attack speed, both increasing Viper's presence on the battlefield. A vanguard wouldn't be amiss in the early game, either.
